Course Objective The general aim of this course is to enable students to understand the theories, approaches and processes related to the organization and management.
Course Content Basic concepts of administration, development of administration theories, Classic organization theories, Human Relations Approach, Contemporary approaches, organizational structure, bureaucratic model, participatory management model, alternative organizational structure models, school as a social system, organization culture.
