Course Objective The purpose of this course is to introduce participants to the characteristics and various approaches to designing and conducting qualitative research projects in education research. Students will gain hands-on experiences in various qualitative methods and analysis techniques while conducting a study in their particular field. .
Course Content Basic chances in the tradition of scientific research, place of qualitative research in the scientific research tradition, qualitative research designs, qualitative research process, sampling, interviewing, focus group interviews, observation, document analysis, metaphors, data analysis, reliability and validity, case study, action research, contribution of qualitative research findings to science in general.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
