Course Objective To discuss the different classifications of regions in a comparative way and to define both the interactions between border and space and demarcation process for spatial planning.
Course Content The definition of regional space for analytical and practical goals, regional classifications by different approaches, functional and normative classifications of regions, regional space and classifications at the world and in Turkey, demarcation process for spatial planning and interactions between border and regional space.
