Course Objective Students are expected to be informed about stapel spinning processes, machineries. And new improvements. Aim of the lecture also includes new improvements about staple and continue yarn production Technologies of ring, open end rotor, compact, air jet spinning processes.
Course Content Analysis of yarn preparation machinery, influence of yarn preparation processes on the yarn quality. Detailed information about new spinning systems. Raw materials requirements, yarn formation principle, yarn characteristics and fancy yarn production in rotor spinning. Raw materials requirements, yarn formation principle and yarn characteristics in air-jet spinning. Principle of friction spinning and properties of friction spun yarns.Blended yarn production, use of diferent blended yarns in the technical textile products. .
