Teaching methodology of how improved effective life time of machines and systems, also to be awake maintenance conscious.
Course Content
Introduction to of maintenance, aim of maintenance and its importance. What is overall equipment effectiveness? The 16 major losses of TPM? The basic of preventive and corrective maintenance activities? What is the key performance indicators in maintenance and its importance. Maintenance organizations, maintenance planning and scheduling? Introduction to kind of maintenance technique. Break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, total productive maintenance? Equipments which used predictive maintenance. Autonomous maintenance? 5S and 5S applications? What is Kaizen and how is it use in maintenance? Selection of lubricant in maintenance.
