Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach optical properties of semiconductors and to give information about the experimental methods which are used to determine these properties.
Course Content Optical Constants, Band Structure of Semiconductors, Absorption in Semiconductors, Photo-Current and Recombination in Semiconductors, Determination of Trap Levels by Photo-Luminescence Measurements
