Course Objective This course aims to introduce the basic concepts of the project, to explain the national and international project funds for individual entrepreneurs, businesses and public institutions, to teach the project topic selection, preparation, and reporting techniques to apply for the project funds, and to develop the skills in project management. Briefly, it aims to develop technical skills and application capacity of the students in the field of project management by taking the project management competencies acquired in undergraduate education to an advanced level.
Course Content Project description; classification of the projects; EU, TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB national and international project funds; project preparation and reporting techniques; project ethics; project organization; time-resource-cost planning; project risk analysis; project documentation; case studies; project management software applications.
