Course Content Getting plant material from the field, break to pieces, prepare to extract of plant, rotary evaporation of alcol, Freeze dryer of pieces plant, get to volatile oil, get seconder metabolite, get Alkoloitlerin, Saponozoitlerin, Flavinoitlerin, Kumarinin, Antrosenozitlerin, Terpenlerin ext. GS-MS likit cromotography, VSK, ITK, and KK.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to know laboratory usage,vehicles and equipment in the phytochemical researchs.
2Will be able to identify, analyze and formulate phytochemical researchs.
3Ability to identify and collect medicinal plants
4Will be able to design necessary modern techniques and/or equipment for the application of phytochemical researchs
5Vacuum Liquid Chromatography (VSK), Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and column chromatography (CC) methods with the knowledge and skill wins methods
