To provide basic theoretical knowledge about induced pluripotent stem cell (iPKH) biology

-Selection of programming factors or molecules - Cell delivery methods of programming factors -Molecular bases of programming -Epigenetic memory and its role in programming -IPSC's mutation load and tumor formation properties -Direct differentiation -The use of IPSCs in treatment and drug development -IPSC banking
