Course Objective examining problems of women, woman-society relationship in relation with woman-man and traditions, displaying its reflections in literature with historical, sociological and psychological data.
Course Content A historical survey of woman and her social condition. (A general survey from the antique period until present time.) Woman image, woman writers and works in Western Literature from the Middle Ages until Postmodernism, Intercultural and inter-literature comparisons and examples.
