Course Objective The interactions between English literature and Spanish, Italian, French, German, Russian literatures throughout the centuries will be analysed. This interaction will be evaluated in the light of social, politic, economic changes and philosophical and literary movements.
Course Content Development and history of English literature; literary movements; social, economic and political history of Europe; Literary critical theories effecting Europe in general; theories of comparative literature.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
