Course Objective Recognize the methods and theories of the Folklore in details by comparing
Course Content The Birth of folklore, Relationship with other disciplines, Comparative Theories, Finnish and Turkish Method Implementation. Propp Method and Tales of Elazig. Structuralism, C. Levi-Strauss and Dede Korkut Colors, functionalist theory and its applications, execution of performance-centered theory and practice fields.
