Course Objective The objective of this lecture is to accompany graduate level students with research and methodology techniques at post-graduate level.
Course Content Current assessment approaches and measurement methods of public administration and urban studies will be examined. Within the framework of the emergence of public administration and urban studies, general epistemology of the subject, rationalism, the formation and building process of positivism, logical positivism, historical materialism, critical theory, post-Marxism and post-modern epistemology is analyzed.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
