Course Objective The main aim of this course is to examine the public administration ethics which appears as a proposal of solution to eliminate corruption that is one of the main problem in public administration especially since 1970s.
Course Content In this course, firstly ethics-moral philosophy is briefly mentioned and after that public administration ethics is defined and the studies regarding public administration ethics are examined. Finally, the connection with the public administration ethics of international organizations during the globalization process is analyzed and its reflections to Turkey are specifically examined.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
