Course Objective The purpose of this course is learning economic concepts, specific economic measures relating to the companies in an industry, evaluation of all critical success factors for a specific company
Course Content Application of economic concepts, tools and models within the framework of the strategic evaluations of a firm; evaluating threats and opportunities imposed by the domestic and international environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company compared to its competitors; economic policies in Turkey and specific economic measures relating to the companies in an industry; evaluating companies' strengths and weaknesses in the areas of product and process technologies, costs, product image, price, human resources, research and development and profitability; strategic evaluation of all critical success factors for a specific company.
