Course Content Theory and problems of organizational behavior, history and concepts, communication skills and management effectiveness, group dynamics and group influence on individual and organizational performance, team management: team work and effective team management, leadership: theories of leadership and effective leadership in industrial organizations, stress management, motivation: work and motivation, power and politics: power management in organizations, political theories of organizations, conflict: organizational and personal dimensions.
