Course Objective The purpose of the lesson is teaching the basic approaches to leadership with theoretical models. Additionally the aim of the lesson is teaching the contemporary issues in leadership.
Course Content Leadership descriptions, Trait approaches to leadership, Behavioral approaches to leadership, Contingency approaches to leadership, Mentor, Ethics and Trust in leadreship, Contemporary leadership roles.
