Course Objective Related to the Gymnastics basic skills and techniques overall learning and teaching of theoretical knowledge, students gain skills, strength and flexibility form the basis of performance in sport and recreation in the field of gymnastics using their acquired knowledge, together with the group discipline, to gain the ability to create aesthetic and creative choreography.
