Week: Effects of active life (physiological) - Active life practices (Pilates) 4. Week: Effects of active life (psycho-social effects) - Active life practices (using polar clock) 5. Week: Benefits of active life by age (childhood, adolescence, adult, Retirement and old age) - Active living practices (Spining) 6. Week: Benefits of Active Life in Age Groups (Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood, Retirement and Old Age) - Active living practices (Cycling) 7.
