Course Objective The aim of this course, the motor unit to introduce To understand the causes of neuromuscular fatigue, promote flexibility and plyometrik work, exercise, breathing and blood circulation system to teach the connection, maxVO2, to teach the concepts of aerobic and anaerobic threshold.
Course Content The functions of the cells, tissues, organs and systems that makes the human body; short and long term adaptation of the human organism to physical effortss; energy systems; the physiological basis of training; recovery and fatigue after exercise; doping, acute and chronic adaptations to exercise and performance
