Course Objective At the end of this course, students will get theoretical knowledge about the concept of Physical Fitness and learns the effects of physical activity on physical fitness components.
Course Content Definition of physical fitness, constituents, importance, concepts of physical fitness, measurement and evaluation of physical fitness, ideal weight methods, physical fitness protection and development for every age, planning, managing and organizing physical fitness exercise areas. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
