Course Objective To know basic concept related to artistic gymnastics, to teach and learn basic skills and techniques in each apparatus, to gain strength, balance and flexibility artistic gymnastics skills in different apparatus which are the basic of the performance sport branches, to use artistic gymnastics knowledge that learned in their sports branches as a trainer, to learn helping methods related to gymnastics and to have detail information about artistic gymnastics (women and man) competition rules.
Course Content Teaching and confirming general and special techniques by giving theory based knowledge and making practices of Gymnastics.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
