To teach the production progresses and routines in housekeeping departments of hotels and analysis of variables affected productivity of them
Course Content
The meaning and importance of housekeeping management in service industry, its application fields, the concept of housekeeping in hotel management, the place and tasks of housekeeping management through the structure of organisation, service quality in housekeeping management, determining responsible departments and responsibility area in housekeeping management, labour force, formation of productivity standarts, type and amount of the necessary equipment and materials, executive knowledge about organization in housekeeping management, determining the tasks and responsibilities of housekeeping department, executive knowledge about coordination in housekeeping management, supplying the coordination between housekeeping and other departments, control process in housekeeping management.
