Course Objective The general aim of this course is to recognize the effects of psychology in the field of education, the psychological dimensions of the learner and learning, based on the basic concepts and subjects of psychology. The main topics are: Basic concepts of psychology and educational psychology; research methods in educational psychology; development theories, areas of development and development processes; individual differences in development; basic concepts of learning; factors affecting learning; learning theories within the framework of education and learning processes; motivation in the learning process.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To acquire the basic principles and concepts necessary to better understand the development and behavior of the individual.
2To know the physical, scientific, social and emotional changes that occur throughout life.
3Understanding the complex structure of factors affecting development.
4To be able to analyze the developmental level of any individual based on what is learned, to detect developmental abnormalities and to make simple suggestions about problems when necessary.
5Learning theories to explain the basic learning processes that affect human behavior.
6Acquisition of skills to organize the environment that will create an optimal learning experience within the framework of learning theories
