Course Content The principles of the financial system and its features, financial markets, financial institutions, financial instruments, financial structure theory, the functions and types of money markets, money market instruments and institutions, the functions and types of bond markets, bond market instruments, institutions and public offering, the functions and types of equity markets, stock exchamge markets and over the counter markets, public offering in equity markets, the functions of financial institutions and their risks,depository financial institutions, non-depository financial institutions, regulation of financial system
