Course Objective The objects of this course are; to inform the students on legal and technical information while preparing an auction document, expedition report (contracts, technical and special terms of reference, survey of quantity list etc.) and preparing technical report.
Course Content He contents of the course are; the analysis of the methods of preparing the total costs for the projects prepared within the course, surveying the quantities, forming expeditions and the methods of turning them into proposal and auction documents

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Being able to associate Landscape Architecture with the subjects of preparing an Auction document and expedition report
2Being able to acquire the skill of comprehending the importance of structural and botanic technical information along with the three dimensional sight while preparing an expedition report and associating this with the project studies
3Learning the legal and technical procedure necessary for preparing an auction document and being able to transfer this information into practice
4Being able to acquire the skill of forming realistic studies in design approaches by comprehending the importance of the costs of implementations used in landscape projects
