Course Objective	To introduce the conceptual framework of regional science and to use its conceptual tools in spatial planning.
Course Content	The conceptual framework of regional science, interactions between geography and economics, development economics, environment and development, spatial economics, location modeling, distance economies, migration analysis, land use and urban development, industrial geography, resource management, urban and regional policy analysis, fundamentals of spatial data analysis, regional planning, types of regional plans and planning approaches.
