COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The purpose of this course is to evaluate and analyze the concepts of context and historical environment from multidimensional views; and to develop design solutions for a theme structured in the given context. It is aimed that students will be able to identify and use appropriate research, design and planning strategies and techniques in the design process. Acquisition of knowledge, attitudes and skills required to carry out a design project with increased complexity of program, structural system and contextual issues are aimed.

Prerequisites MIM 307 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN III

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Design issues that will improve the ability to use environmental conditions as data for design problems in a multifaceted way; Consideration of architectural thought with structure, construction, detail; Design problems to be studied at different levels of detail; The experience of very complex design / structure group design processes; Incorporating technical data into the design process; Seminars aimed at informing and researching all design areas.
