Course Objective This course aims to raise the students’ English language skills and knowledge of basic grammar structures to the intermediate level.Students are expected to form relationships between different types of texts. They will also be able to analyse intermediate level grammar structures and read and comprehend advanced level texts.
Course Content the content of this course includes basic grammar structures and texts which improve the level of students to the intermediate level. At this level students attain the ability to comprehend the relationships between different types of texts. They can also analyse language structures at intermediate level and they can read and understand intermediate reading texts.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Our students talk about their habits, identity, opinions, school memories, future lives and relationships.
2Our students debate on various topics such as art and TV.
3Our students comprehend articles about various topics, comment on them and ask questions about them.
4Our students improve their knowledge of grammar related to gerund and infinitives, passive, reported speech, modals, conditionals, state and action verbs, quantifiers.
5Our students understand listening materials including daily conversations, stories, phone talks, radio talks, dialogues and take notes, ask questions about them.
6Our students write formal emails, anecdotes, description of a room, questionnaires, campaign leaflets.
7Our students are actively involved in role-plays and interviews.
