Course Objective The aim is brought in knowledge about JFET and MOSFET biasing, CMOS principles, the low and high frequency characteristics of BJT amplifiers,the BJT power amplifiers, the BJT high friequency amplifiers, the distortion and heating problems of amplifiers and cooler calculations.
Course Content MOSFET and CMOS, voltage regulators, design of power source, operational amplifiers and applications, sine, square and sawtooth wave generators, UJT and PUT circuits. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1JFET and MOSFET input / output characteristics of the subtracts.
2JFET, MOSFET, CMOS and hybrid circuits, DC analysis makes the application.
3Removes the high and low frequency characteristics of BJT amplifiers.
4BJT power amplifers makes analysis and accounts.
