Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students with the tools and skills needed to become more professional and successful in managing the planning and implementation of projects.
Course Content What is project? Project cycle management, problem and goal analysis, strategy analysis, stakeholder analysis, activity and time planning, logical framework matrix, the aim, risks, assumptions of the project and expectations from the project, success indicators and sources of verification of the project, resource planning, sustainability of the project, logical framework matrix application.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Know the principles of project management
2Know the importance of the management of budget and timing in the process of project preparation
3Know how to prepare the key tasks, roadmap and timing in order to achieve a project
4Know and use the tools and techniques necessary to initiate, plan, implement and evaluate a project
5Have self-confidence about designing a project in order to overcome the problems they face in their career, and about studying as a part of a project
