Course Objective The purpose of the course is to provide the necessary basic informations to the students regarding bureaucracy theories, public organizations and public bureaucracy.
Course Content The course aims to examine the emergence and development of the concept of bureaucracy,; Weberian bureaucracy and post-bureaucracy theories; the different views of the state systems about bureaucracy and present state bureaucracy within the framework of the bureaucracy theories and bureaucracy-politics relations.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
