1Evaluates the historical development of the main environmental problems.
2Queries to environmental problems and impacts to the environment; formulates legal tools to solve environmental problems
3Compares the different environmental policies.
4Defines the international dimension of environmental problems, comments functions and responsibilities of international organizations in this context.
5Calculates goals, procedure, effectiveness in the context of prevention policies of Environmental Impact Assessment.
