Course Objective The aim of the course is to teach the subjects of Administration and those rules governing the administrative functions to the students. While giving these, it is stood up over the administrative structure of Turkey. The Administrative Law course is very imporatant for the students since this course is dealth with the norms and rules of administrative structure in deep. Therefore, the course is given with the sample cases and practical issues.
Course Content The main principles of administrative law; Turkish administration system; concept of rule of law and administration; central and local government; the protection of human rights.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
