Course Objective This course covers the characteristics of the late twentieth century novel with an emphasis on the political, social and economic changes in the era. Novelists studied include Joyce Lawrence and others.
Course Content 20th century English novel, development of novel as a genre, characteristics of the 20th century English novel, examples.
