Course Objective The main purpose of the entrepreneurship course is to prepare the students mentally and emotionally to prepare for entrepreneurship and encourage entrepreneurship. It is also aimed to gain the necessary perspectives for new ideas and new opportunities in the enterprise that they are working with and to acquire the necessary qualities for the students who are aimed at having the features that can make their own business, knowledge and competences, to reveal the entrepreneurship characteristics that exist in them and to develop them.
Course Content The basic concepts of entrepreneurship, basic dimensions and historical development process, Entrepreneurship approaches and culture, Types of entrepreneurship, Functions of entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship fields, Entrepreneurship process and environmental interaction, Definition of business idea, Resources and business idea development, Innovation, Innovation sources, , Business model and concept, Understanding of Small and Medium-sized Businesses. Creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Intellectual property, trademark, patent, copyright. Preparing business plan and marketing plan. Preparation of business plan and production plan. Preparation of business plan and management plan. Preparation of business plan and financial plan. Work plan writing work. Project presentations will be covered in the course.
