Course Objective The aim of this course is to educate students who has Total Quality Management consciousness, comprehension of Total Quality Management Principles and applying phases, and are able to apply those to enterprise processes; and cultured about recent popular Total Quality Management Standards
Course Content Concepts of competition and Quality, Historical development of Quality and Gurus of Quality, the philosophy and principles of Quality, Quality Culture in Organizations and Quality Responsibilities in Activities, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), Costs of Quality, Suppliers (purveyors) in Total Quality Management, EFQM Excellence Model, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 27000, OHSAS 18000, SA:8000 Standards
