Course Content A- The systems of law, Turkish law system, the sources and branches of law B- Turkish ruling system ,foundations of ruling and kinds of cases C- Juridical events, relations and operations D- The concept of personality, the classification of persons and their capabilities E- The concept of heritage and legal heirs F- The right of having property, its subject, its kinds and scope G- The concept of debt and the kinds of agreement H- Public accountancy and legislation of financial advisor .
