Course Objective Turkey's recognition of the elements that constitute the social structure provides.
Course Content Turkey's population characteristics (age, education, gender, occupation, religious and ethnic backgrounds, etc..), From the Ottoman Empire inherited the legacy (Westernism, ethnic and religious affiliations, outlying communities, connectors, etc.), the War of Independence, the effect of the revolution, society and the politics, Turkey's social institutions (family, education, economy, politics, religion, leisure time), the outside world's influence, civil-military relations, migration (from abroad, abroad, recruitment, terrorism and migration, urbanization problems, slums ... ), change, community uniting and separating elements.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
