COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of this course is to develop students' basic English communication skills. Throughout the course, students will acquire skills in speaking, listening, and reading about fundamental topics related to daily life. They will be able to express themselves using basic grammar structures and vocabulary. The course aims to provide students with the foundation they need to use English in real-life situations.
Course Content The course is based on themes such as travel, nature, hobbies, people, weather, navigating the city, celebrations, health, technology, future plans, life rules, and personal experiences. Each unit is designed to teach functional language uses, vocabulary, and grammatical structures based on a specific theme. Throughout the course, students will: - Use comparatives and superlatives to make comparisons. - Work with present simple and present continuous tenses. - Use the simple past tense. - Use future tenses (will, going to). - Practice modal verbs (should, must). - Learn the present perfect tense. Students will also gain basic communication skills, such as giving directions, offering advice, speaking on the phone, and expressing personal plans.
