Course Content	Capital Markets Law, Regulations on the Registration of Capital Market Instruments, Issues, Public Offering and sale of public companies, the Capital Market Activities and Capital Market Institutions, Capital Markets Board Audit and Criminal Responsibility, the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), the Turkish lira No. 32 on the Protection of the decision, and the Prevention of Laundering of proceeds of crime, the relevant portions of the Banking Law Capital Markets, Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Turkey (Association) status, ACMII Followed by members of the Professional Rules for carrying out activities of the Capital Market.
