The department continuously strives to enhance its educational curriculum with modern approaches, aiming to foster academic and artistic activities that will invigorate university-industry collaboration. In line with this direction, interviews with industry professionals and fashion designers, collaborative projects, fashion shows, and career days are targeted.

Our department aims to educate innovative designers who can harmoniously reflect both modern and traditional values at the national and international levels, while possessing a sensitivity to society's artistic and design sensibilities. It is aimed for these innovative textile and fashion designers, who uphold ethical values and can engage in interdisciplinary research, to also have a mastery of sustainable fashion understanding with a sense of social responsibility. The primary mission is to educate young designers who, by combining the textile infrastructure that our country and region carry from the past to the future with design culture, can become influential in the global market."
