Course Objective The aim of the course is to analyze the state, employee and employer relations, which are the parties of industrial relations, from sociological and economic-political aspects.
Course Content The content of the course is the historical process of the formation of the industrial phenomenon, industrial relations approaches and the evaluation of unionism types. In addition, the reflections of Postfordist production and flexible working relations on the parties of industrial relations are analyzed within the scope of the course.
