1-To understand the historical similarities and differences between the economic and political institutions that guided the Ottoman political economy system and the political economy institutions of the Turkish Economy
2Emphasizing the capitalist class formation of the 1923 Economic Congress and the market formation process in late industrialization as an attempt to create a market society and economy in the Turkish Economy of the 1923-1930 founding period.
3Understanding the effects of the Great Depression of 1929 on the process of building the economic and political institutions of the liberal state in 1923-1930
4Paying attention to the effects of triple balance policies and the inflation-free growth model in the economy of the 1923-1933 founding years and the statist economic policies of the 1933-1945 war years.
5Establishing the relationship between 1923-1945 statist economic policies and the economic policies period of the founding years and the developmental state approach
