Course Objective	The aim of the course is to conceptually examine the social policy at the state and society levels. In addition, it is analyzed within the scope of the course that the development of social policy is parallel to the development of democracy.
Course Content	The content of the course is the formation of the state phenomenon and analysis of the historical development process. In this context, the function of social policy in the state's relationship with society is evaluated.
