Course Objective	To introduce the basic concepts and practices related to age management in working life, to reveal the importance of intergenerational interaction with scientific foundations.
Course Content	Importance of age management in working life, age issues at individual, organizational and social level, psycho-social theories about aging, causes and consequences of age discrimination in organizations, intergenerational relations and solidarity, successful age management practices in organizations
