Course Objective The aim of this course is to find solutions to complex business problems by using operations research techniques, to improve analytical thinking skills, and to obtain and interpret the solutions of the subjects covered in Quantitative Methods I and II courses by means of computers. In this way, when students are faced with real-world optimization problems, they will be able to model the problems and obtain solutions via computer.
Course Content Within the scope of this course, the solution of problems in the subjects of Linear Programming Models, Sensitivity Analysis, Integer Programming, Goal programming, Transportation and Assignment Models, Network Analysis, Stock Models, Queuing Models, Data Envelopment Analysis with package programs will be discussed.
