Course Objective Objective: Functioning of labor market and its’ characterestics analysis. Aim:Analysing labor market in an analytic way and specific expertise knowledge.
Course Content Neo-Klasik işgücü arz ve talebi, çalışma ekonomisi ile ilgili teorik yaklaşımlar, beşeri sermaye teorisi; emek mobilitesinin ekonomik analizi: emek göçünün belirleyicileri, emek göçünün sonuçları, sendikaların arz ve talep modelleri, ücret, istihdam, verimlilik, kar üzerindeki etkileri boyutunda ekonomik analizleri, toplu pazarlığın çerçevesi ve modelleri, sendikaların güncel sorunları, işgücü piyasasında ayrımcılık.
