Course Objective The course aims to provide the fundamental knowledge about how individuals and groups behave in organizations and also insights on how this knowledge may be applied to improve performance and organizational effectşveness.
Course Content Individual behaviors, communication among individuals , communication in group and between groups that takes place in organizations, conceptual tools for analyzing behaviors, role of management to improve individual, group and organizational performance are some subjects of this course.

1To define psychological factors that affect individual and group behaviors.
2To list positive organizational behaviors that help to increase individual performance and organizational effectiveness
3To explain human behaviors and relationships in organizations by using organizational behavior theory
4To develop principles regarding managementbased on their theoretical knowledge on human behaviors.
5To show appropriate behaviors by analyzing and interpreting individuals and groups behaviors in their workplaces when they will be employees/managers
