Course Objective The subjects of the course of Turkish Constitutional Order is the Turkish Constitutional Law. The basic target of the course is provide the students with the constitutional structure of Republic of Turkey. The gravity point of the course is based on the 1982 Constitution of Turkey. It is also aimed to give and discuss the daily materials occurring related to the constitutional structure.
